Traditional training often fails because it’s generic, one-off, or disconnected from real workplace challenges. My programmes are different—they’re designed to create measurable behavioural change.
As a trainer and facilitator, I bring energy, expertise, and inclusivity to every session. My workshops are:
- Evidence-based – Grounded in the latest research on performance science and psychology
- Highly interactive – Challenging participants to discover new insights through debate, reflection, and hands-on application
- Participant-driven – The group’s real-world challenges direct our learning journey
- Action-oriented – Every session ends with clear, practical steps to apply learnings immediately
Whether it’s a half-day workshop or a 12-month engagement, I equip teams and individuals with science-backed tools to work smarter, lead effectively, and sustain performance without burnout.
I’m often asked to run workshops and trainings on these topics:
Effective Self-Leadership
How to prioritise, set boundaries, and manage energy.
Leading High Achievers
Strategies to motivate top talent without driving burnout.
Building Psychological Safety
Assessments and workshops to foster trust and innovation.
Brain-Smart Working
Using neuroscience to optimise focus, decision-making, and productivity.
Building Sustainable High Performance Cultures
How to go from “Always-on” hustle cultures to intentional, sustainable high performance.
Emma delivered Psychological Safety workshop for our People team in 2022. The team was part of a newly formed organization Technologies and New Businesses at that time, spread across multiple time zones and continents. Several of our team members were hired during the pandemic, and never met each other face to face. This was our first in-person interaction, and Emma made a great contribution by helping us set the baseline on psychological safety. During the workshop we did a “temperature check”, talked about external research and foundation for psychological safety. And most importantly how to work with it, making us even greater team. The workshop was appreciated and of a great value for our ways of working
