I founded Perfectly Lagom in 2020. Lagom, which is Swedish for “just the right amount”, is the antidote to toxic hustle. I help individuals and organisations achieve sustainable success by adjusting effort like a dimmer switch: knowing when to push and when to rest. Real excellence isn’t about relentless grind—it’s working smarter. Perfectly Lagom embodies the Swedish philosophy of balance and stands for high performance without burnout.
