Hi, my name is Emma and I’m an executive coach, trainer and leadership consultant
I help organizations develop sustainable leadership practices and build effective teams.

About me
I have 20 years of leadership experience from global consumer goods companies as well as NGOs. I spent 11 years abroad working in Rome, Sydney and London.
Working in high pressure environments I experienced several episodes of acute stress. I eventually realized I had to deal with my overachievement patterns and embarked on an experiment I call my Achievement Detox. During 1 year I stopped overachieving, succeeding and chasing recognition – cold turkey. The results were surprising to say the least. I performed better, became a more effective leader and improved my health and wellbeing. I wanted to help others develop sustainable leadership- and self-leadership practices and founded Valevi Leadership Consulting in 2016.
I hold a Master in Business Administration from Uppsala University. I’m an ICF certified coach (International Coaching Federation, ACC level), CBT-therapist (steg 1) as well as a Fearless Organization, Team Pro and EQi 2.0 practitioner.
I’m passionate about helping high achievers find a dimmer for their super power.
